# Product Updates | October 2026

Since July, we've rebuilt how you share music: links can have customized players, collaborators get a cleaner home, and comments happen right next to the tracks (if you want them). We also made everyday collection work faster and brought the mobile app up to speed.
## Big Stuff
### **Player themes**
Every Web Link can now have its own player look. Choose from **Trading Tapes** (the default), **Midnight**, **Bleach**, **Cassette**, **Neon** and **Spooky**. You see a large live preview as you pick, so you know what listeners will get before you send the link. This is a first step toward fully customizable players.
### **A redesigned Web Links UI**
- All of a collection's links in one list, with a detail view for each one.
- Links now have **Private custom labels** like "For my idiot drummer" or "Press kit" so you can tell your links apart. Only you see them, never your listeners.
- Settings **save automatically** as you change them: downloads, expiry, password and theme. There's no Apply button to forget.
- A one-tap **copy button** on every link on mobile.
### **Collaborators, reimagined**
The Collaborators window has a new design. Invite people, change their role or remove them from one clear list. It works as a dialog on desktop and a bottom sheet on phones.
### **Conversations on your collections**
- **Collection Notes are now available and got a new look.** Notes now open in a side panel that sits next to your tracks instead of covering them, and **threaded replies** keep discussions organized.
- **You decide who can comment.** A new "Enable commenting" switch lets collection owners turn notes on for themselves and their editors, as well as completely hide the commenting UI on collections.. Viewers and link-only listeners can't post.

## **Faster everyday workflow**
- **Drag-and-drop uploads:** drop files anywhere on a collection and they start uploading right away. A progress bar shows how far along you are ("Uploading 2 of 5 files").
- **Multi-select tracks:** select several tracks at once to delete, copy or move them to another collection, or add them to your queue. This works on web and mobile.
- **Small but important things:** pressing Enter now saves a new collection.
## **Plans and sharing tiers**
- Sharing features now match your plan. Paid plans can create Web Links, and higher tiers unlock **password protection and link expiry**..
## **Security and reliability**
- **Download and password settings are enforced even more securely.** If a link has downloads turned off or a password set, nobody can get around that.
- **No more surprise paywalls:** we fixed a problem where some subscribers were shown the paywall after their login session went stale.
## **Mobile app**
The iOS app matches features across the board.
- Tiered sharing and the split Web Links / Collaborators screens
- Multi-select track actions
- The redesigned Collaborators sheet with the commenting switch
- The new Web Links list and detail view, with copy buttons
- Collection notes on mobile, plus a fix that makes uploads more reliable
